When we reconnect—make it memorable

by | Aug 11, 2020 | Experts

If you’re like us, reconnecting on-site for meetings, events, and incentive trips is probably high on your wishlist but not ranking highly on your current to-do list. However, as we look forward to the future, we’re reassured that this pandemic won’t last forever, and returning to in-person gatherings is just as anticipated as it is inevitable.

The postponement of on-site programs doesn’t mean you can’t, or shouldn’t, start planning ahead in the meantime. Like planting a seed in the ground, the on-site programs you plan now will eventually bloom into memorable gift experiences.

What can you expect once we’re back on-site?
When we reconnect, Cultivate plans to go big. Aside from providing Turnkey service and a seamless approach to event coordination, our Merchandising Manager assures us clients and guests alike will love all of our on-site updates. From revamping our merchandising displays and product assets to offering guests the best of the best choices — we’ve redesigned our pop-up boutiques to be more versatile for varying space sizes and locations, making shopping on-site easier and more efficient.

It’s important to note that if that time comes and we’re still implementing health and wellness guidelines, our team is ahead of the game from staff training and protocol to queue floor signage and sanitation best practices to help ensure the well-being of everyone in attendance. We’ll take care of those details so you won’t have to. Link to 2020 OGE

Make it memorable
Another reason to start planning future on-site programs: your guests will always have a tangible reminder of coming back together post coronavirus. Aside from offering Curated Collections of aspirational brands and products, our gift programs are delivered with the right amount of choice so they always find a gift they’ll love and use. Unlike cash, gift cards, or tchotchkes, best-in-class gifts make an impact and are more likely to be remembered long after your program ends. It’s another way to commemorate the occasion, but even better and more personalized.

Don’t cancel or postpone — pivot to virtual.
While we eagerly await getting back to hosting on-site programs, virtual gift experiences make it painless to pivot from a canceled or postponed event to a simple, straightforward online shopping experience. Rewarding and recognizing guests at home has never been easier or more convenient until now.

Recipients will be doing the happy dance when a giftcode to your virtual gift experience lands in their inbox. Cultivate makes redeeming, selecting, and delivering their gift as easy as 1,2,3.

Though we are confident in-person events will return, when we return is a different matter since social distancing and digital hybrid elements will certainly have important roles to play. Stay tuned, more details on our Hybrid gift programs are coming soon! Sign up for email updates to be the first to know what’s new.

No matter if you decide to start planning an on-site program ahead of time or pivot to virtual, your recipients will enjoy the same service with a rewarding, memorable gift experience. So, what are you waiting for? Partner with Cultivate and start planning your next program today. And let’s look ahead together.
