Sales and Marketing Gifting Strategies

Built from over five years of real-world feedback, the new GiftCultivate platform doubles down on personalization, automation, and budget control so teams can scale gifting without spreadsheets or stress.
Cultivate has launched Gift Cultivate 2.0, positioning it not as a simple upgrade, but as a full evolution of its online gifting platform, designed to make corporate gifting smarter, easier, and built for scale. The new release tackles the realities most teams shared during the webinar poll: juggling multiple vendors, tracking gifts in spreadsheets, managing ad hoc requests, and still missing key moments like birthdays, work anniversaries, and major client milestones.
Drawing on over five years of hands-on experience and customer feedback, the team rebuilt the platform around control and flexibility. New “Occasions” workflows make it fast to send highly personalized one-off gifts, while automated campaigns handle recurring programs—such as birthdays and work anniversaries—so HR, admins, marketers, and event planners no longer have to remember every date.
Gift Cultivate 2.0 also brings more transparency to budgets with real-time tracking, dedicated “entities” for different teams or use cases, and flexible funding options including credit card, ACH, and invoicing. On the recipient side, the experience has been refreshed with customizable messaging, email and SMS delivery, updated artwork, and playful opening animations, while preserving the choice-based model that lets each person select the gift they truly want.
