Moving to GiftCultivate 2.0

Everything you love, plus better control and automation. Here is a quick snapshot of what to expect during your transition.

Prepaid balance. Load funds once. You're charged only when a gift is redeemed.
Text delivery. Email, text or both.
Mixed budgets in one send.
Automated gifting. Anniversaries and holidays send themselves.
New recipient experience. Your artwork, new layouts, an opening animation.
Team roles and budgets. Control who sends and how much.

Doesn't transfer: gifting history, contacts, artwork and custom email templates.

Fund your account

Card or invoice

Click Load Funds (top right).
Choose Credit Card, or Request an Invoice on Premium.
Enter the amount, pick the budget and add your company details.
Confirm your card, or submit the request and we'll send the invoice.

Cards add a 3.5% processing fee. Tax is finalized at redemption, and any difference is adjusted in your balance. Invoice funds appear once paid, so allow a few days.

Set your branding

Logo and colors

Add your logo and brand colors at sign-up. Change them anytime in Settings.
They apply to every gift template. You can swap the logo on any one template.

Switching over? Old artwork doesn't transfer. Use the built-in images or upload at these sizes, with key content centered.

Send your first gift

About 5 minutes

Click Send A Gift, then Create a Template.
Occasion: Work Anniversary, Thank You and more.
Collection: the gifts recipients choose from.
Greeting: your message, by email, text or both.
Design: sender name, layout, gift image, colors, animation.
Recipients: one person, an audience or an uploaded list. Deliver now or pick a date.
Payment: preview, pay from your balance or a card, and send.

Links stay open 2 weeks by default, up to 60 days.

Mixed budgets: pick two or more collections, check Different Amounts, and set each person's collection.

Sending again? Reopen your template, or use Quick Send to jump to Recipients.

Add your team

Premium accounts

In People, add your teammate to any audience.
Select them, click Assign Role, choose one and click Assign. They get an email invite.

Moving to 2.0

Will my history, contacts and artwork move over?

No. Export reports and contacts from the old dashboard first, then re-upload contacts and artwork in 2.0.

Do I only pay for redeemed gifts?

Yes. A gift draws from your prepaid balance when it's redeemed.

Sending gifts

Can I send by text?

Yes: email, text or both.

Can I schedule a gift?

Yes. Pick a send date instead of Deliver now. See System Status.

How long can recipients redeem?

2 weeks by default, 60 days at most.

Can I get gift links for an event?

Premium accounts can download unnamed gift links as a file. Ask Client Success to turn it on.

What do recipients see?

Your branded email or text, then your gift page. They pick one gift in their size and color, enter their address, and can send you a thank-you note.

Where do the products come from?

Directly from our brand partners, with live stock, so recipients only see what's available.

What emails do recipients get?

The gift email or text, then order updates: received, approved, shipped with tracking, or cancelled.

Money and plans

What does a gift cost?

Price, plus 15% shipping, plus about 10% tax. A $100 gift is about $125. Card loads add 3.5%.

What if my balance runs low?

We'll email a warning before a campaign sends. Top up with Load Funds.
