Champagne Cocktail Recipes for Post New Year Celebrations

The holidays are officially over, but that doesn’t mean the celebrations need to stop. We’ve come up with four easy champagne cocktails to recreate if you have leftover ingredients from your festivities or just looking to continue ringing in 2019.

Raspberry Royale

This cocktail is so quick and easy it only takes two steps! It’s incredibly light, fruity, and pretty in color making it perfect for brunch or a mid-afternoon treat.

What you’ll need:
-3/4 – 1 oz. Chambord (a raspberry liquor)

Create it:
-Pour 1 oz. of Chambord into a champagne flute
-Top with champagne


This deliciously festive cocktail is great to recreate it if you have a lot of leftover ingredients or just looking to extend the holiday celebrations!

What you’ll need:
-3/4 oz. of Cointreau
-Splash of cranberry juice

Create it:
-Pour 3/4 oz. of Cointreau and pour into a champagne flute
-Fill the champagne flute (about 3/4 of the way) with champagne
-Top with cranberry juice

Classic Champagne Cocktail

The bitters and lemon peel give this simple cocktail recipe a light and unique flavor. 

What you’ll need:
-3/4 teaspoon of sugar
-6-8 shakes of angostura bitters 
-Lemon peel 

Create it:
-Place 3/4 teaspoon of sugar into the bottom of a champagne flute
-Add 6-8 shakes of angostura bitters
-Top with champagne
-Garnish with a lemon peel

Classic Mimosa

A classic cocktail that is great all year long. Substitute the orange juice with any of your favorites like cranberry, grapefruit, or raspberry juice. Try adding your favorite fruit as a garnish for added flavor! 

What you’ll need:

-Your choice of juice

Create it:
-Fill a champagne flute 3/4 of the way up with champagne
-Top off with your favorite juice
-Garnish with your favorite fruit! (slice of orange, raspberries, cranberries, etc.)
