Planning a return to in-person events? Let us help

Posted by Jenny McGee on 6/1/21 2:00 AM

If you’re a meeting or event planner, then you already know all indications point to a healthy return of in-person meetings, events, and incentive trips for the remainder of 2021. According to data collected by Northstar Meetings Group, “Nearly 90% of surveyed meeting planner respondents say they’re focused on in-person events.” Additionally, that same study reports, “People are ready to travel with 60% planning to attend an in-person meeting or business event within the next three months, a giant jump from the 46% reported in March.” While we can all agree this study presents hopeful news, it also means those responsible for planning gift programs will be jumping right back in after a year of putting in-person events on pause.

This blog outlines how our team of experts can help you plan and manage the details, so you can return to Event Gifting with confidence and a gifting partner you can trust.

We’ll help you plan and manage the details

Sometimes, getting started can be the hardest part. We get it. When planning an event, we know that you’ve got a lot on your plate. Staying on budget, managing logistics, and trying to please everybody can be overwhelming, especially when you haven’t done it in a while. Don’t worry; our team is here to help. When you connect with a Gifting Expert, we’ll learn more about your upcoming event and send you a detailed proposal to see your gifting options and what to expect on-site.

Event deadlines can sneak up on you, and it’s important to create a plan with a schedule and deadlines far in advance. As soon as you get your gift program approved, our Events Team will begin handling the details, so you don’t have to. This is what we call Done-for-you service. A dedicated Event Coordinator will work with you to manage your program’s logistics and organize product inventory, on-site setup, and distribution. Essentially, your Event Coordinator becomes the go-to person that walks you through the planning process and answers any questions or concerns you may have along the way.

Finally, when it’s time for your event, specifically assigned team members from our Diamond Level On-site Staff will be in contact with you before and during the event to manage the on-site gifting experience. Additionally, our on-site staff will set up the pop-up shop with merchandising displays and product inventory before the event begins and will help people to try on and find what fits them best, so everyone leaves with a gift they love.
