Located on the Big Island, we craft one of the only farm-to-bar chocolates in the world. Using soils unique for cacao production, our varying microclimate creates the ideal environment for growth. In fact, Hawaiʼi is the only U.S. state where cacao can be successfully cultivated. To preserve the authentic taste profile and freshness from each harvest, we use small batches of cocoa (a cacoa bean after it has been harvested, fermented and dried) to craft our handmade fine artisan chocolate.
