For four generations my family has been harvesting honey from the apiaries on our farm, fostering their growth from a few hives to 190 million bees today. Our honey is crafted from a variety of floral sources including Lehua (only found in Hawaiʼi, this floret produces a smooth, white, crystalized honey), Macadamia Nut, Ohia and Wilelaiki blossoms, producing unique flavor profiles. Just like wine, single flower honey retains the distinctive flavor characteristic of its origin. Our mission is simple: Provide the finest monofloral, artisanal honey anywhere!
