Q: Do you offer additional quantity break discounts?
A: A discount is offered once the 50 unit quantity is hit, we do not offer further price breaks due to the small batch and handmade nature of our products; economies of scale are not realized.
Q: How long will it take for my gift/s to deliver?
A: Each product is noted with a lead time in weeks. Your gift will deliver after the longest lead time curated in your gift box. Example: If you choose a combination of items: 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, your custom gift box will deliver at the end of week 8 post order placement.
Q: Why deliver an assorted product mix?
A: At Artifact, we believe the magic of gifting happens when people connect. When every guest receives a different flavor chocolate bar or leaves their room carrying a uniquely colored beach tote, it sparks conversation and creates the opportunity for meaningful memories to be made.
Q: Is shipping and tax included in my box price?
A: No, shipping and handling/tax are not included in your cost per box price. We will provide a quote post your submission based on your gift distribution preference.
